This supportive workshop brings together a therapist and a midwife to offer a blend of emotional support and practical birth guidance. You’ll learn stress‑management, relaxation and self‑care techniques, as well as explore what contributes to a positive birth experience. The session also introduces active birth principles, including gentle movement and comfortable labour positions.

The aim of this workshop is to provide practical, confidence‑boosting tools to help you feel calmer, better informed and more prepared for birth, supporting both your emotional wellbeing and your choices as you approach labour.
