At Turning Point Talking Therapies we really like to encourage people to learn how to help themselves when feeling low, stressed or anxious. Providing people with coping strategies they can use themselves will not only solve the problem today, but help prevent new problems from occurring.To help with this we run free workshops across the district for anyone to attend.
