Our mental health service provides free and confidential support for people aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP in the Wakefield District. Offering quick and easy access to a range of psychological therapies. 

If you are feeling down, worried, depressed, or anxious, we can help, whether that be face-to-face, over the phone or with online support.
