How can group therapy and mental health courses support my wellbeing?
Our groups and courses are guided by experienced professionals to help you build confidence and learn practical techniques you can use in your daily life to better manage how you are feeling.
You will receive the same evidence-based approaches used in one-to-one therapy, with the added benefit of learning alongside others who may be experiencing similar thoughts and feelings. Many people find that group settings provide reassurance, new perspectives, and a sense of shared understanding.
We offer support for a wide range of common mental health challenges, and group-based treatment can often be a helpful way to get started quickly.
It’s normal to feel unsure about joining a group at first. However, many people find there are real benefits to this approach, including feeling less alone and gaining encouragement from others.

Our group therapy and mental health course options
We offer different types of support depending on your needs, preferences, and stage in your journey.
Self-Management Courses
Our Self-Management Courses incorporate Cognitive Behavioural based interventions to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and work on developing techniques to improve symptoms of anxiety, low mood and stress.
These sessions are delivered by Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and are a great option if you're looking for structured support to develop new coping skills.
Therapy Groups
Our Therapy Groups provide more in-depth structured support for common mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
These sessions are facilitated by trained therapists and offer a safe, supportive environment to explore your experiences and develop new ways of coping.
