How Talking Therapies can help?
Our Talking Therapies service provides a safe and supportive environment with a qualified therapist, where you can develop a greater understanding of your thoughts and emotions, gain deeper self-awareness, identify patterns in your thoughts or behaviours, and make positive changes to improve your emotional wellbeing.
How do I access support?
Once you have completed your referral, which can be done either online, via email or telephone, we can then set you up for your initial talking therapies assessment appointment.
The purpose of this appointment is to make sure that we are the right service for you and to help decide which of our many treatment options will be best for you.
Your therapist will work with you to discuss and understand what you would like help with and the right course of treatment.
If we think that our services may not be suitable for you at this time, we will help recommend or refer you to a more appropriate service.
