Self-Management Courses for Mental Health

We offer a range of self-management courses designed to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, while learning practical techniques to support your mental wellbeing.

Refer yourself today

Available after referral via your GP or self-referral. We’ll assess your needs and recommend the most suitable support.

Our courses run for 6 weeks, with each session lasting around 90 minutes. They provide a structured, supportive way to build confidence and develop skills you can use in everyday life.

These sessions aim to help you understand more about yourself and your difficulties and, importantly, to learn techniques to help you manage them more effectively.

There is no pressure to share personal experiences or feelings. However, you will have opportunities to ask questions, practise techniques, and share ideas if you feel comfortable doing so.

You will also be provided with a group booklet to keep and complete yourself. This acts as a practical toolkit of coping strategies and techniques to support you moving forward.
