Our group therapy sessions are structured and led by trained therapists, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy.
Group therapy can help you understand the causes of your difficulties and develop practical techniques to manage them in the present. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn alongside others who may be experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.
Many people find that group therapy provides a sense of reassurance, shared understanding, and new perspectives.
There is no pressure to share personal experiences, but there will be opportunities to reflect, learn new skills, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
